The BDO Alliance Awards is an annual program that recognizes Alliance firms with outstanding business practices. It's an opportunity for you and your BDO Alliance Firm to receive well-deserved recognition for accomplishments over the past year. This year, our theme focuses on Redefining Excellence. We choose to redefine excellence every day because we know that we are better than we once were, and we are capable of doing more and being bolder. We want to hear how our Alliance Firms are making waves in the following four areas: Exceptional Client Experience, Targeted Growth, Exceptional & Engaged People, and Digital Transformation & Innovation. Redefining Excellence in Exceptional Client Experience: This award will honor and recognize the Alliance Firm that's Redefining Excellence by achieving an exceptional end-to-end client experience. The recipient firm will have made their clients the center of every process, team and technology decision. We want to hear how your firm is making this happen.
Redefining Excellence in Targeted Growth: How are you demonstrating tangible results in growth? This award will recognize a firm that is strategically growing their business through targeting both the right clients and the right projects. How are you focusing on growth opportunities that align with your firm's strengths?
Redefining Excellence in Exceptional & Engaged People: We want to showcase an Alliance Firm that demonstrates the most compelling and holistic approach to their workforce engagement strategy. The submission needs to provide evidence that their Redefining Excellence strategies proved successful in making their employees more fulfilled in their work by providing methods and metrics used to measure their ROI.
Redefining Excellence in Digital Transformation & Innovation: Finding the right solution to a problem or situation often is determined by understanding and developing the best approach to accomplish that solution. While there may be no right way or wrong way to face a technology challenge, there is most certainly a BEST way! Tell us how your firm impacts internal staff, clients or your communities through the transformative use of innovative technology.
